Academic Coordinator Intern

• 1.Support to check daily activities relating to:
• Academic quiz results of new teachers;
• Booking schedule of new teachers for live technical check;
• Teaching Assistant (TA) daily report and KPI fulfillment;
• Feedback regarding teaching quality assurance activities: from students to teachers, from teacher to students; teachers feedback via Google Classroom.
• Perform tasks in collecting/ filtering database for reports.
• 2. Process, policies, and regulation
• Follow all working procedures, policies, rules, and regulations of EduPath;
• Collaborate with team members in maintaining the center operations to the right standard;
• Update and make necessary reports.
• 3. Other duties and admin tasks are given by the Academic team.

• 3rd/4th -year students majoring in English language/English Pedagogy
• IELTS certificate(>5.5) or EFset test result >=70 is an advantage
• Good English communication skill
• Be able to use Microsoft Office
• Have a private laptop, mic, headphone, and camera
• Be proactive, highly responsible
• Teamwork spirit
• Flexible in work schedule
