How we do it Our flagship product, Intale Point , is a retail management software that helps stores issue receipts, manage stock and orders, review important statistics and many more. Currently, over 1800 stores use our software across Greece-Cyprus. Our users vary from small local independent stores to national retail chains, petrol stations and catering restaurants. Requirements: The Role Intale is now seeking an Technical Solutions Delivery to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in defining, managing and setting up the complete solutions (hardware and software) that we offer to our retail clients. Responsibilities: Our software Intale Point includes a Linux server (RPi or similar), a front office touch screen device (tablet, pc with touch screen etc) and multiple other peripherals that all sync with our cloud back office application. As a result, you role will include: Deploy solutions for our clients (hardware and software) and manage deployments schedule Setup an in-office lab for new hardware sourcing and testing Prototyping and creating standards for the solutions that we offer to clients Liaise with our development team in order to improve and automate a) hw setup process and linux containers fleet management b) propose deployment improvements Source and manage technology and hardware partners/suppliers Manage hardware warehouse and procurement Requirements Technical degree AEI-TEI-IEK Network (routing, VLAN, VPN etc) Basic Linux Teamwork mentality Good knowledge of English language Experience with ERP/retail software - desired Knowledge of Greek fiscal systems (tamiakes, EAFDSS, etc) - desired Working experience 3+years - desired SQL knowledge - desired Benefits: Our people mean the world to us, and we only recruit the best.
