- Collect the recruitment needs of the hotel units and monitor the process in coordination with the Recruitment team;
- Provide support and guidance to managers in HR processes, such as conflict management, restructuring, and labor law issues;
- Coordinate with the legal department and hotel management all legal procedures/processes within the scope of people management throughout the entire lifecycle of employees;
- Assist in solving daily problems in the hotel units;
- Ensure the collection and validation of the data necessary for payroll processing, together with the Payroll team, and review the final version of payslips;
- Manage attendance and monitor presence, absence, and hour bank balances;
- Support the management of Occupational Health;
- Prepare monthly HR metrics;
- Create purchase orders and prepare the respective distribution maps by cost centers;
- Support the administrative management of all HR processes;
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant work experience in the area;
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in HR functions, preferably in growing contexts;
- Flexible and adaptable profile, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and respond to practical and operational situations on a daily basis;
- Experience with the ERP Primavera and the attendance management software Innux will be preferred factors;
- Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills, promoting collaboration within different areas and teams;
- Ability to adjust to evolving processes and maintain focus on essential administrative tasks.
