Maybe it’s you we are looking for in our global SCM team, as our new Logistics Officer.The Position:Key Responsibilities * Upon on SAP open order situation , fulfill delivery and shipment functionality through communication with related department;

Check with 3PL for appropriate shipment schedule as per customer required ETA and shipping space booking execution;
Shipping documents and export customs declaration documents preparation via E-customs system. Compliance of customs affair and declaration obedience;
Contact closely with 3PLforwarder for shipment status following up; Monitor shipment delivery situation via TMS as shared platform along with 3PL;
Communication with CSR for logistics complaint receipt and investigation execution;
Documentation courier arrangement as per requirement of different customers.

Requirements1. Taking ownership;2. International trade /import& export logistics arrangement experience;3. Good written and oral English ;4. Good computer skill (microsoft excel, word ,PPT atc.);5. SAP or ERP experience, “order to cash “or “Sales Distribution” module preferred;6. College or above degree;7.
