- Providing support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to ensure they have equal access to education and opportunities for success.
- Utilizing behavior management strategies to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Demonstrating a good sense of humor and supportive approach to engage and motivate students.
- Using initiative to adapt support strategies to meet the individual needs and learning styles of diverse students.
- Collaborating with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to implement effective support plans.
