- Research-Based Techniques for Trauma Healing – EMDR (Eye Movement De- Sensitization Reprocessing) and/or TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused – Cognitive Based Therapy)
- Daily Activity and Recreation
- Vocational Skill Development
- Education/School (at the appropriate grade and functional level)
- Referrals – for Substance Abuse Treatment and/or Speech, Physical, and Occupational Therapies
- Creates and drives a trauma-informed environment; establishing and maintaining a
- Complete Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) functional assessment
- Through the collaborative effort with family, youth, and providers, develop and monitor the individual treatment
- Develop and facilitate milieu and treatment groups that are trauma informed, educational, and treatment
- Coordinate/communicate aftercare needs of the client with family and all necessary social service and community
- Minimum of Master’s or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences, human services, social work, counseling, psychology, family therapy, or related fields.
- Must be on track to complete licensure for a specific, related discipline, or currently holds a provisional license for a specific track (e.g. LGSW, LAMFT or LPC)
- Clinical Trainee level candidates are welcome to apply! We offer clinical supervision hours for free!
- Interest in family-based philosophy and practice is required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Experience in related community-based work with adults, families, and/or youth
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
- Licensure: LPCC, LICSW, LMFT (salary offer will reflect fully licensed & experienced candidates!)
