Job Purpose :Presently at Somajiguda as there is only 1 Specialised Ops resource and post discussions with Head-Branch Ops, NDS, who has approved the hiring. Specialised Ops covers managing activities like Trade across IBG1 to 4 clients, Treasures Clients, Loans and other productsExpected to accomplish – Managing timely processing of transactions, actively coordinating with CSM/Central teams/RM Teams. Adhere to Process/Controls.Key Accountabilities :Processing of timely transactions in Coordination with CSM, RMs, Central teamsAdhering to Controls, Process, Regulatory guidelines thereby ensuring Nil deviationsInteracting with Clients and moving Clients to Digital/Online platforms.Job Duties & responsibilities :Error free processing of transactions,Reduce Reworks, First time rights.Become a subject matter expert of SOP/processes , guide Team membersCollaborate by working with StakeholdersRequired Experience:Upto 12 yearsEducation / Preferred Qualifications :Graduate with Branch Banking experienceCore Competencies :Good Interpersonal skiilsWork in a Collaborative spiritTechnical Competencies :Subject matter expert on Branch banking Ops related ControlsFamiliar with Capital account /Non resident /related Regulatory guidelinesWork Relationship :To align with DBS CultureDBS India - Culture & BehaviorsDBS is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and their opinions count.
