Senior Relationship Manager

• Interview members and potential members, gather information, determine business needs, and conduct an analysis on credit worthiness
• Fully understand the history, goals, objectives, and status of the member’s business by actively monitoring and managing the business relationship
• Proactively assess and anticipate member’s needs to identify solutions to meet those needs and the member’s broader business objectives
• Provide proactive, individualized financial advice, and achieve business development targets
• Foster long term member relationships through consistent follow-up in order to cross-sell credit union products and services as well provide referrals to other business partners within the organization

• Post-secondary education is required, a diploma in Agribusiness/Business Administration is preferred
• Five to eight years of small business/commercial banking experience is expected; agriculture banking experience is preferred
