Reporting directly to the Director of CRM, this leadership role demands a blend of strategic foresight, deep data expertise, and exceptional team management skills. You will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our CRM cross-sell strategy, leveraging data to uncover insights that drive effective, revenue-generating campaigns, and leading a team of dedicated professionals towards achieving unparalleled success in our market.YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:● Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a comprehensive CRM cross-sell strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, focusing on maximizing player lifetime value and loyalty.● Team Management and Development: Lead, mentor, and expand the CRM cross-sell team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development to enhance team capabilities and performance.● Advanced Data Analysis: Dive deeper into data analytics to understand player behaviors and preferences, utilizing this insight to tailor strategies that significantly enhance player engagement and cross-sell success.● Innovation in Campaigns: Drive the innovation of CRM campaigns by implementing advanced segmentation and personalization techniques, setting new standards in player experience and campaign effectiveness.● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the CRM team and other key departments, ensuring strategic alignment and leveraging insights across the organization to drive cross-sell initiatives.● Performance Monitoring: Develop and oversee a robust framework for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of cross-sell strategies, ensuring objectives are met and exceeded.● Market and Regulatory Insight: Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to continuously refine and adapt strategies, maintaining competitive advantage and compliance.OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:● This role is perfect for a visionary leader with a passion for data-driven decision-making and a proven track record of delivering successful CRM strategies in a dynamic industry.
