Let's embark on this journey together and lead the way forward.ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYReporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this exciting role will be the People Business Partner for Global Sales, Customer Experience, IT & Security (Raj), Finance and Legal globally. All of these teams are absolutely essential to the success of our business.This role will work closely with the business leaders and the People Team to be sure the priorities with our people are connected to the business strategies. We want to win in the market and that can only be done if our people agenda is top notch.Who You Will Work WithThis position is global in scope. In collaboration with the global People Partners and the COE Leads, you will be expected to drive people actions aligned to the business priorities. You'll have the opportunity to partner with senior leaders and Executive team members to Get. It. Done.Essential Responsibilities
  • Be the People Business Partner for functions listed globally; play the role of the focal point of contact for strategic initiatives and key issues.
  • Identify People initiatives to address strategic business needs. Directs projects and activities to meet or exceed clients' expectations for their success.
  • Utilize economic, financial, and organizational data to build business cases for major initiatives. Understand and use of people-related metrics to support the business to make key decisions i.e. headcount, recruitment, attrition rate, demographics, etc.
  • Lead talent planning and organizational design of the future for engineering. Conduct organization planning in close collaboration with the function leaders and Finance leader to define the headcount plan, skills and talent required for the future, and key and critical roles
  • Ensure a constant and effective communication of programs and initiatives to Management and leadership.
  • Lead career mapping and pathing to ensure career development success for the function
  • Ensure the optimization of the Function's talent pool and pipeline - i.e.. critical talents in critical roles and succession planning of key/ critical roles
  • Plan, implement, and manage change in a variety of significant settings in close collaboration with the senior leadership team. Work with the leadership team to identify and remove obstacles to change and regularly evaluate the impact of the change.
  • Facilitate sharing of practices, learnings and priorities to the broader People team.
  • Coach senior leaders in decision-making, processes, and practices related to people
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders in Engineering by connecting and communicating with them about their concerns and insights frequently
ABOUT YOU
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in HR Business Partnership with increasing responsibilities and function experience - In a tech or software company
  • Previous international exposure/assignment is required with ability to work across various cultures
  • Able to demonstrates strong foundation of business fundamentals, measurement, and business finance.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Strong leadership
  • Strong interpersonal relation ability to navigate in a matrix organization
  • Able to influence various stakeholders (such as Leaders, and broader People Team)
  • Able to think strategically and translate into operational plans to make things happen
  • Results driven and delivers outcomes in an impactful way

*varies by region and country** varies by region and countryCompensationThe annual base salary range for this role's listed grade level is currently $160,000 to $210,000 plus a bonus for Colorado, New York, and New Jersey residents, and $175,000 to $230,000 plus a bonus for SF Bay Area, Greater Seattle, NYC, and Washington, DC, residents. Salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities of the applicant, and equity with other team members.
