This needs to be evidenced in Care planning and documentation used on Birdie.· Be able to cover the Nuneaton,Hickley Burbage and The edge of Blaby District area.· Ensure that Birdie is up to date and accurately reflected.· Answer each incoming call in a positive, professional, and friendly manner.· To take part in the on-call rota.· To provide care to clients as needed as requested.· To attend Care professional meetings when being held.· To support and work alongside the care pros and other members of staff assisting them when needed.· Alternative weekends and covering visits when needed.· Support work colleagues where needed.· Covering the on -call phone when also needed.· Using own initiative· Taking part in service reviews/Care plansQualifications· Care background: 2 years preferred.· NVQ 2/3 Health and social care Preferred.· Driving License (Essential) & have own car· Have experience in domiciliary or community care within a supervisoryAdditional InformationBenefits:· Company Pension· Fully Funded NVQ· Over time· Free DBS check· paid mileage· FlexiableJob Types: Full time, PermanentSalary: £12.50-£13.50 per hourExpected hours: 30 per weekSchedule:
