- Financial planning: you will own and develop Group financial planning processes, seeking out opportunities for simplification
- Automation: you will seek out and drive ways of working efficiencies, including driving automation initiatives
- Analysis & performance monitoring: you will support the production of financial analysis and make recommendations through business modelling
- Business partnering: you will present complex financials in an engaging way. You will business partner Opco and Central department leads, supporting teams in realizing financial objectives and optimizing capital allocation
- Team management: you will manage, develop and coach a lean team
- A strong background across one of, or a combination of: Banking, Consulting, Fintech, Tech and/or other adjacent industries
- Good generalist experience across core finance activities such as: business partnering, capital allocation (FP&A) etc. with a track record of managing financial budgets, actuals, business cases, modelling and project coordination
- Experience in an International or Pan-European environment
- Ability work in a fast paced environment with tight delivery targets
