- Ground up construction. Assist the lead Project Manager with various responsibilities.
- Manage and implement policy and procedure Involvement with Pre-Construction, Subcontractor buy out, cost management, project scheduling Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
- Learn and grow a career into a Project Manager position.
- The projects you will be working on range from $25M - $60M+.
- Previous experience in multi-family construction preferred Familiarity with Procore preferred.
