ROLE:-AM- Business Development - MEP -Banglore SALARY:- UPTO 9 LPA LOCATION:- Banglore QUALIFICATION :- BE in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil or BMS or BBA or MBA - Sales & Marketing EXPERIENCE :- Min 4 Years (MUST have MEP project sales background) About The Client A leading MEP service provider with a comprehensive presence across India and overseas. The 3 pillars to exhibit if you want to join Listenlights Process Driven mindset Ownership Human Centric approach ROLE Executive - Business Development is responsible for the growth of the business. The main job of Executive - Business Development is to find new leads to promote services of the company or organization, monitor tendering process and maintain a relationship with existing client to get the repeat business. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationship with Consultants/PMC/Architects/Clients by following salesforce contact state status To Ferret out market information and enquiries for potential projects by calling/ Meeting leads regularly Prepare and follow weekly Sales Plan in SF system/off the system and report on the same day in the system itself Prepare/extract inputs for monthly, quarterly, annual review from SF Prepare and Present capability presentation Arrange and coordinate site visits for clients Coordinate with internal team and stakeholders of opportunity to maximize the winning chances. Update real time all activities in Salesforce including step 1 of respective regions Attend and represent BD in internal kick-off meeting. Preferred Skills Advance MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word Quick leaner Adaptable and Flexible Experience of networking with Consultants, PMCs, Architects, MNC Clients will be preferred.
