- Handle general office administrative and clerical duties
- Handle travel arrangement, expense claims, event planning & coordinate staff activities
- Provide administrative support including general inquiries, guest greetings, and support during AGM Event
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma or above with minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration duties
- Fluent in oral and written English (able to communicate clearly over email)
- Good command in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Organized, Computer skills, fast to learn
- Willing to work in flexible hours and in a fast-changing environment
- Interest for humanitarian work
- Able to work 20 hours a week
- Immediate availability is preferred
