- Develop and implement people strategies and processes to elevate the quality of talent at Hireframe and the Hireframer experience.
- Coach, mentor and lead a team of talented recruiters - developing and enhancing talent acquisition, providing regular coaching, and celebrating milestones and achievements.
- Collaborate with people operations to develop and implement Hireframer engagement and retention strategies and learning and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with all teams, including Account Management and Operations, to understand our ever-evolving customers’ and Hireframers’ priorities.
- Provide input and guidance on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning.
- Manage human resources, including onboarding, payroll, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
- Research and track trends in global talent, recruitment, hiring, and work to serve as a subject matter expert at Hireframe and for customers, Hireframers, and other partners.
- Expertise in building teams, and finding joy in the development of others through coaching, and mentoring.
- You have coached people into promotions and launched direct reports into successful career trajectories.
- You don’t shy away from the numbers - fluency in managing operating expenses, budgets, recruiting KPIs, people operations KPIs, compensation, and payroll.
- You have an insatiable desire to make things better.
- Understand different forms of talent acquisition, from executive search to high-volume recruiting, and everything in between.
- Deep understanding of employee relations, contractor relations, and vendor relations.
- Track record of impacting talent quality, time-to-hire, retention, and employee satisfaction.
- Organized, process-driven, and have an aptitude for numbers.
- A leader who can lead from the front and can roll up their sleeves and get in the weeds when necessary.
