Finance Manager (Food Company)

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and leadership team based on financial analysis and projections.
• Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business priorities.
• Oversee and prepare the analysis of financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree and/or CPA preferred).
• Bilingual: full professional proficiency in English is required for this role
• Proven experience as a Director of Finance or in a similar senior finance role in an agriculture, food or agro-industrial sector.
• Experience working with a US-based company is required for this role (Preferred).
• Experience with US GAAP (Preferred).
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
