- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum, ensuring all children make progress.
- Create a stimulating learning environment that promotes exploration, curiosity, and independence.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and carers, maintaining effective communication and partnership.
- Assess children’s progress and use assessment data to inform future planning and provision.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and enriching learning experience for all children.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A passion for providing high-quality education and fostering a love of learning in young children.
