Dfx Engineer

• Support DFx engineer daily work during NPI and Mass Production period.
• Communicate and understand well on technical issue/requirement from DFx engineer.
• Build relationship with CMs and Fixure/Machine vendor. Get the first hand information when something happened in factory.
• Partner with DFx Engineers to identify and resolve manufacturing challenges.
• At factory, follow up fixture/machine qualifications, failure analysis, efficiencty improvement, line layout optimization based on DFx engineer requirement.
• Follow up daily production status during MP including tracking machine downtime, review Yield, proceed continuous improvement and PRQ etc.

• BSME or equivalent (MSME, MSIE desired).
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility, capable of maintaining high levels of selfdiscipline and reliability when facing various work challenges.
• Actively participating and taking proactive responsibility for addressing potential issues in daily work and ensuring the smooth progress of project.
• 3+ years in Project Management or Product Management roles. PMP certification will be plus.
• 5+ years in engineering role with experience in product design or manufacturing engineering or product engineer.
• Experience in realizing consumer electronics product in mass production which involves precision mechanical parts assembly and high cosmetic requirements
• Experience in production line development techniques including flow chart, cycle time calculation, UPH setup, line layout & balance, SOP, etc.,
• Experience in advanced analysis & problem-solving techniques including DOE, failure analysis, CpK, GR&R, PFMEA etc.
• Able to understand and challenge tolerance stack ups for assemblies to meet gap/step requirement. Working knowledge of GD&T, data analysis using JMP a plus
• Proficient in the use of 3D mechanical design tools. Such as Pro-E, NX or Catia etc.,
• Moderate travel within Mainland China
