- Possess experience as a Head Chef within a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the main kitchen and pastry operations alongside the Executive Head Chef, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in all culinary offerings
- Embrace a hands-on approach, actively participating in menu development, food preparation, and presentation
- Demonstrate creativity and innovation in developing new recipes and menu items for both the main kitchen and pastry
- Show a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all kitchen areas
- Display strong leadership and communication skills, effectively managing, mentoring, and inspiring the culinary team
- Be adaptable and able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Exhibit a passion for culinary arts and a dedication to delivering memorable dining experiences for guests at Cliveden House.
