- High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Support teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons across various subjects, including English, Mathematics, Science, and more.
- High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Provide targeted intervention and support to individuals and small groups of students to address specific learning needs and accelerate progress.
- High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Lead and manage learning activities under the direction of the class teacher, ensuring a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Contribute to the planning, preparation, and assessment of teaching and learning activities, including the development of resources and materials.
- High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Assist in the implementation of behavior management strategies and support students in developing positive attitudes towards learning.
- High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers to promote a collaborative approach to education and support.
- High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent.
- High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA in a primary school setting.
- High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students and colleagues.
- High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Knowledge of relevant curriculum frameworks and educational strategies.
