Oversee the lifecycle of critical applications, ensuring seamless functionality and performance
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement tailored solutions or off-the-shelf solutions
Participate in projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards
Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime
Conduct regular assessments to maintain system integrity and optimize performance
Stay abreast of industry developments to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Requirements:

Specialisation in Computer Science, or a related field
Proven track record in IT application management and support
Proficiency in project management methodologies
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Local residence and driving license.
