My client Based in Dublin 12 have a requirement for a qualified accountant coming from Industry to join their growing team. You must currently be working within an SME in IndustryAbout Your New Job

Prepare the annual budget for review including the monitoring of the budget vs. the actual budget explaining key financial movements in conjunction with the Financial Controller in line with Group’s Policies and Procedures and reporting timelinesThis is a varied and interesting role, working across different management personnel and departments within the company.
Produce accurate, effective and timely monthly management accounts
Provide costings and impact to the Budget/Forecasts in order to enable the Financial Controller to review actual performance versus planned.
Prepare monthly rolling forecasts, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow supported by detailed analysis and schedules of upsides/downsides to the forecasts in order to provide the Finance department and senior management with the latest projected outcome for the financial year
Develop financial modelling techniques, tools and reports to help towards a better understanding of the financial statements produced
Develop, maintain and review the internal controls environment to ensure the accuracy of the financial data presented in order to support the Financial Controller in the development, review and implementation of Group Finance policies and procedures

What Skills You Need

2-3 years post qualified experience
Coming from an SME or Medium sized Business
Strong financial accounting and month end exposure
