- Plan and organize program activities to maximize program contract's goals and performance targets.
- Oversee all direct service components (i.e., centralize intake, disposition of and assignment of new cases).
- Provide staff with tools and skills to provide program services.
- Schedule and coordinate all family case conferences to ensure compliance with the Improved Outcomes for Children (IOC) initiative.
- Edit and approve psycho-socials and ACS FASP for each family.
- Utilize the PROMIS and CONNECTIONS databases.
- Communicate effectively with clients, direct reporting staff, peers, supervisors, and funders.
- Motivate, coach and counsel direct reporting staff to excel.
- Improve teamwork among direct reporting staff as well as among peers.
- Troubleshoot client and direct reporting staff program problems and make decisions in accordance with program policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Work with direct reporting staff, in collaboration with SBC Implementation team/ SBC Central to improve work performance through client feedback, training, and other appropriate mechanisms.
- Overcome resistance to change from clients, direct reporting staff, and supervisors/funders.
- Administer constructive discipline to direct reporting staff, as needed.
- Document unsatisfactory staff performance upon occurrence.
- Manage own time effectively and coordinate program activities to maximize time of direct reporting staff.
- Monitor clients' progress weekly.
- Review all staff case records, FASPs, and client documentation related to clients' progress for accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
- Participate in administrative and staff meetings as requested.
- Provide all required information for weekly/monthly/quarterly/semester/annual reports to CAMBA management and/or to funders.
- Review and sign timesheets.
- Prepare performance appraisals for direct reporting staff.
- May prepare marketing materials for the program.
- May reach out and market the program to the community in order to recruit clients.
- May prescreen clients over the telephone for eligibility and may schedule intake appointments.
- May conduct initial intake or assessment of clients and/or clients' families and periodic reassessments.
- May plan, coordinate and facilitate social/peer support events, including group facilitation for clients.
- Master's degree (M.S.W. or C.S.W) in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health or Counseling and 2 years of supervisory experience, as required by Funder. (A license is required of these Master's Degrees: Social Work (LMSW or LCSW), Mental Health Counseling, Counseling/Guidance, Art Therapy).
- Must obtain State Central Registry (SCR) clearance.
- Ability to maintain State Central Registry (SCR) clearance and fingerprint clearance through the duration of employment.
When salary ranges are listed, the range would represent the low and high end for the applicable position & program. The salary offered would be based on various factors unique to each program and candidate. This includes but is not limited to experience, education, budget and/or program size, internal equity, skills and other factors that may be required for the position and organization.Status: Full-time (35 hours per week)
