Team Leader (Adult Social Care - West team)

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent service
- Monitor and maintain high standards of practice, in line with relevant legislation and best practice guidelines
- Foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting effective collaboration and partnership working
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives
- Support the Locality Manager in the strategic planning and resource allocation for the service
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a social care setting
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practice frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of individuals
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and manage competing demands
- A compassionate and person-centred approach, with a genuine commitment to making a positive difference in people's lives
- Flexible working wherever possible between the hours of 07.00-19.00
