- Assist Area Manager and Remote Manager on cleaning operation for the site
- Manage and maintain cleaning equipment to high standards
- Provide handover reports to Managers and client on a daily basis
- Prioritise health and safety at all levels
- Train, induct and supervise the work of cleaning operatives
- Hand's on and prepared to help, guide and support operatives to achieve required service levels
- Endorse new Company initiatives and ensure they are implemented on site
- Due to the nature of the role, weekend work could be required for which you will be notified in advance and paid accordingly
- Cleaning working supervisor will provide feedback to the Cleaning Team in relation to their performance and service levels
- Will organize Toolbox Trainings on Weekly basis, provided by Remote Manager
- Ensure the smooth delivery of exceptional cleaning and related services
- Comply with the Company accident reporting procedure and assist promptly and accurately in the completion of all relevant documentation/Report any issues to Manager or Remote Manager
- Respond to emergency situations, ensuring minimal disruption to service delivery
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key client
- Report any building faults to the Facilities team via the use of TTs ( company ticket system) and apply signage as appropriate
- Escalate incidents or areas of concern to the Area Manager

- Minimum three years of Supervisor or Team Leader experience(Cleaning industry preferable)
- Must have a good understanding of industrial cleaning and great communication skills to support cleaning operatives
- Must have experience in corporate environment
- Highly flexible hand's on attitude with a demonstrated willingness to take on a responsible approach to any issues
