- Strong communication and technical writing skills
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team
- Graduate degree in architectural history, art history, historic preservation, or closely related field,
- 5+ years of experience in historical research, cultural resource management, or historic preservation compliance
- Solid work ethic, problem solver, and ability to work independently
- Passion for guiding, training, and passing on knowledge to colleagues
