Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Learning & Development/Instructional Designer. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for training and development, who can deliver engaging workshops and develop high-quality training content across various mediums. The ideal candidate will possess strong instructional design skills, proficiency in content preparation for video, audio, and presentations, and the ability to create comprehensive induction manuals. Exceptional oratory skills and a proven track record of delivering impactful training sessions are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging workshops and training sessions on various topics, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and learning outcomes. Design and develop high-quality training content, including presentations, videos, audio recordings, and other multimedia materials, to support learning initiatives. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs, content requirements, and learning objectives. Utilize instructional design principles to create effective and interactive learning experiences that cater to different learning styles and preferences. Conduct needs assessments, learning assessments, and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements. Create and maintain comprehensive induction manuals and training materials for new hires and employees undergoing onboarding processes. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in learning and development, instructional design, and training delivery techniques. Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning culture within the organization through various initiatives and platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of learning and development initiatives with other HR processes and organizational goals
