Roles & Responsibilities: Deliver expert remote support on escalated issues, including out-of-office hour coverage based on on-call rotation schedules, to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Develop comprehensive documentation and knowledge base for IT solutions and products, troubleshoot support issues using customer input and system logs, and recommend automation solutions for streamlined processes. Execute technical operational tasks, including information gathering and program execution through remote system logins. Efficiently deploy solutions and Change Requests while configuring systems to accommodate customer requests and ensure optimal functionality. Provide guidance and backup support for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Technical Support Engineers. in resolving work-related challenges. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development. Willing to work in weekend shifts as required. Proficient in code deployment tools, Microsoft platforms (Windows Server, SQL Server), Linux, ASP and .NET technology stack. Sound knowledge in bash and shell scripting will be advantageous.
