What we offer:The CS AMZ Program Manager manages, with the support of the Hotline team and local AMs, the resolution of Hotline ticket issues opened with the Central AMZ team. The CS AMZ Program Manager will have to interface with our internal engineering, (SL2 - SC3), know how to plan possible on-site activities, what time is required, and always be aligned with the AMZ POCs.Tasks and Qualifications:The Program Manager will also be an integral part of the discussion for any project that the AE AMZ team wishes to develop with the collaboration of Dematic, to validate the technical feasibility of the request, and in parallel, the CS AM team will cite what has been discussed.
