- Work with interdisciplinary global teams to coordinate deliverables and ensure their highest quality and success
- Identify opportunities to grow our live operations services and tools, and work in collaboration with multiple partner groups to release features
- Partner across teams to set targets, collect requirements & plan roadmaps for new tools and improvements
- Be a point of contact and strategist for global teams working on Development tools, Central Technologies and Customer experience teams
- Develop successful partnerships with global/regional teams in multiple time zones - including Shanghai & Singapore
- Collaborate with the business operations team and the development team on end-to-end feature production on a live service game
- Communicate with the production team on emergent or ongoing progress and updates related to tools & services
- Work with the community management team to understand our users, identify areas for improvement & help communicate them with team members
- Help translate the requirements gathered from user feedback, data, and market competition to achieve business growth
- 2+ years' experience working in games development as a producer, product manager or equivalent
- Knowledge of Project Management or Bug Tracking Software - JIRA/JAAS
- Experience in Game Development with relevant experience working on a live service game producing successful features
- Experience leading teams on a live mobile game producing positive results
- Experience establishing clear communications between multiple teams, ensuring that actions and goals are completed on time and to quality expectations
- Experience working with interdisciplinary experts while considering and incorporating diverse perspectives and feedback
- Experience in a leadership role in leading a remote team to accomplish shared goals
- Interest in global football & ability to discuss current teams & players
- Organizational skills, including the ability to self-motivate and manage your time and priorities effectively
- Interest in providing a safe, and inclusive environment for all team members
- Understanding more than one language is an asset, please communicate which ones you speak or write fluently in your resume
