- Ensure phone lines are answered promptly and professionally.
- Monitor incoming emails and process/ distribute as required.
- Prioritise customer orders and requests.
- Investigate and resolve customer and consignee enquiries or escalate in line with Company Procedures.
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly department tasks as directed by manager and inline with agree procedures.
- Work alongside all areas of the business to ensure quality of service is prioritised at all times.
- Any other ad hoc tasks.
- Relevant experience within a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to communicate well in both written and verbal form.
