- Helping our customers with everything related to their account by providing excellent customer support
- Listening to feedback and making our products and service better by fixing any problems customers face.
- Staying alert for customers who might need extra help, spotting potential fraud, or anyone having trouble with our products.
- You already have customer service experience from retail, hospitality or in a telephony based role
- You have great communication skills and can build rapport easily with team members and customers
- You enjoy working in a fast paced environment and can adapt to change quickly
- You are good at explaining more complex information in a simple way
- You're good at taking on feedback, learning from mistakes and have a willingness to improve
- You'll be joining the midnight team, working between 2pm-Midnight
- Week 1: 2pm-10:30pm
- Week 2: 3:30pm - Midnight
- Office based
- Initial interview is our Values interview with a member of our internal Talent Team - Keep an eye on your emails for an invite!
- Final stage will be our assessment day. We have two dates available, Wednesday 5th June (10am-2pm) or Thursday 6th June (3pm-7pm). These will be held at our office in Cardiff.
