OrpingtonMy client is looking for an Assistant Project Manager project to join a multifaced, growing team, this assistant project manager role will be shadowing the commercial and production side. Our Client is looking to bring this person through the ranks and progression is limitless for this person and the company.Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the project with help from senior management and overseeing site managers reporting into you.
- Ensuing the client/designers specifications and requirements are achieved.
- Review and update the programme while recording and monitoring costs.
- Co-ordinating with the architects daily to reach targets.
- Shadowing the commercial and production side of the business.
- Professional qualification and proven experience in construction and site based work experience up to supervisory level.
- Proven experience in early engagement with the design team.
- Can complete and upload site documentation to the required system.
- Has experience of liaison with public bodies and has extensive client facing experience
