- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring strategies.
- Advise on best practices for talent management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and executive leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, labor market insights, and best practices in talent acquisition
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 -5 Years Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and/or HR consulting roles, preferably in a corporate or Automotive industry
- Deep understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws/regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Own Transport is preferred
- Fluent in Afrikaans & English
