- Translate design concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to Clientive user experiences.
- Implement responsive, accessible, and performant UIs with a keen eye for detail and design fidelity.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure designed experiences are delivered as intended.
- Evaluate user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay abreast of trends and advancements in design and technology, integrating them into practices and toolsets.Skills and Qualifications:Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and UI/UX design software (such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma).
- Strong understanding of responsive design, web standards, and accessibility best practices.
- Experience with front-end development frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- A portfolio that demonstrates both JavaScript proficiency and an understanding of SOLID design principles (projects involving UI/UX design, animations, and complex interactions are a plus).
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- 3+ years of UI/Front End development experience.
- Expertise in JavaScript, ES6, HTML5, CSS3 & CSS Modules Levels 4+.
- Proficiency in JS Frameworks & Libraries (React preferred, Angular, Vue, etc.) and Single Page Applications.
- Experience with Preprocessors (Sass, Less, Stylus), Git, NPM/Yarn.
- A deep understanding of Graphic & UX Design principles.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Figma, Sketch, Illustrator) and Semantic & Accessibility Standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and empathetic skills.
- Experience with Responsive Design, Visualization Libraries (D3), React Hooks, Redux, Webpack, CI/CD tools, Node.js scripting, CSS & SVG Animations, databases, backend development, unit tests & visual regression tests, and knowledge of HTTP/Web Servers.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is also highly valued
