- Responsible for planning and executing Corrective, Predictive, and Preventative Maintenance work orders to ensure optimal equipment utilization on-site.
- Your focus will be on delivering excellence in completing maintenance work, ensuring all aspects are well executed, including CMMS data-completion, reporting and escalation.
- Provide technical support for various equipment systems, including Production and Utilities.
- Organizing and executing work orders both planned/corrective.
- Oversee and assist engineering service providers and suppliers during their time on-site, ensuring their work is carried out to the highest standards and they compliance with Method Statement & Risk Assessment approvals and issuing necessary permits.
- Maintain a high standard of compliance, you will be responsible for completing and maintaining all relevant documentation associated with Plant and Equipment, following cGMP and Engineering Best Practice standards.
- Execution of Corrective, Predictive and Preventative Maintenance WOs as required ensuring the maximum level of utilization from equipment on site.
- Provide technical support for all equipment systems (Production and Utilities).
- Responsible for organizing, overseeing, and assisting engineering service providers and suppliers while on site as required. This includes Method Statement & Risk Assessment approval and permit issuing.
- Completion and maintenance of all relevant documentation associated to Plant and Equipment to cGMP and Engineering Best Practice standards.
- In the Reliability & Improvement aspect of your role, you will support and address major equipment breakdown issues, implementing corrective actions in a structured and compliant manner.
- Responsible for equipment performance and reliability in assigned areas. Additionally, you will actively participate in CAPEX projects, utilizing your knowledge and skills to enhance project performance and outcomes.
- Experience as a Maintenance Technician within the Manufacturing sector, preferably Pharmaceutical
- Work with minimal supervision; able to perform under pressure to competing demands and stakeholders; strong customer focus.
- Good hands-on working / troubleshooting knowledge of equipment similar to: Lyophilisers, Reactors, Centrifuges, HPLC’s, High Containment Equipment and Process Control Instrumentation.
- Working knowledge of any of the following Utility equipment including HVAC Systems, Air Compressors, Boilers, Nitrogen, Chillers.
- In-Depth knowledge of quality systems and their maintenance / implementation in API sites.
- Working Knowledge of Predictive and Preventative maintenance strategies.
- Previous experience of a CMMS system (SAP-PM experience would be an advantage).
- Good PC skills required and the ability to provide good technical reports.
- Team-working and communication skills
