Student Recruitment Executive - FTC Until SeptemberA prestigious institution in the heart of London is seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Executive to join their Marketing, Recruitment, and Admissions team within the Corporate Services division. This role offers a unique chance to play a pivotal part in shaping the future of a globally recognized full-time undergraduate management program, engaging with UK, EU, and international students.About the Role:As a Recruitment Executive, you'll represent the institution and its esteemed undergraduate program, guiding prospective students and their families through an authentic and transparent application and enrolment journey. Your mission will be to ensure excellence in recruitment practices, adherence to cycle timelines, and the delivery of outstanding customer service, both independently and as part of a global team.Key Responsibilities:
Foster positive relationships with key UK and international recruitment sources.
Represent the institution at various recruitment events, both locally and around different parts of London.
Coordinate logistics for programme-related events and fairs.
Manage the leads pipeline effectively through CRM systems, ensuring follow-up and engagement.
Provide prospective students with detailed advice and guidance, enhancing their application journey.
What We're Looking For:
Degree-level education or equivalent.
Exceptional communication skills.
Experience in sales, marketing, or recruitment, ideally within a target-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Ability to manage workloads efficiently under pressure, both independently and as part of an international team.
Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally.
