Team Leader | Easkey, Co.Sligo Job descriptionWhat’s the Role: Team LeaderWhat It Takes:An important part of the staff role is to support our individuals who have complex needs and help them to manage their emotions.So the ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential.Our dedicated staff team support our individuals to learn and develop their independence skills which includes tasks such as shopping, cleaning their flat, personal care, accessing the community, budgeting, taking medication. Each staff member has something to bring to the role and we encourage staff to use their humour and sense of fun and creativity in supporting our individuals with day to day life.Where You Would Work: Easkey, Co. SligoOur service in Easkey is a small residential service, which is home to four female residents. The residents of this service have intellectual disabilities and are non-verbal.Residents are provided with support in many aspects of their lives including, personal care, assisted dressing, supported with meal times and more.
