- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in the outsourcing or services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Expats should be able to speak Fluent Arabic
- Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within targeted sectors in Riyadh.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and effective account management.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Represent Treeline at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility and generate leads.
