- DP output consolidation & communicate target DT region to sales team.
- Prepare performance deck review in term of sales/coverage/FCS key highlights.
3. Management of operational responsibilities: co-ordinate with supply chain to make sure right stock, right time, right channel.
4. Activities and target achievement tracking:
- Monitor the achievement of sales target in different dimensions: category, segment, regions in weekly tracker.
- Prepare, follow up & evaluate end-to-end Sales men Incentive program (SMI)
- Provide tracking and evaluation of activities (NPD, Consumer promotion)
6. Reporting, process & system expertise that smoothen the operation & planning:
- Responsible for code management in SNC, NGDMS, iQ system
- Pricing set-up.Routine report data generation & other data view when requested.
- Champion of assigned operational process.
- University graduate in business administrative, foreign trade, economics.
- At least 2 years working experience in sales for FMCG industry (experience in Sales Operation, Sales Efficiency, Sales Planning, Demand Planning is an
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Proactive, confident and able to work under high pressure.
