Provide business leaders with financial forecasts to support short and long - term decision making. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers.Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State, and local regulations.This is a Remote position for candidates living in NC, SC ,GA, KY, TN, FL, MN & VAWHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities):
- Conduct and document moderate to complex financial analysis projects.
- Develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control.
- Provide monthly revenue and/or expense analyses and reports.
- Monitor operating budget process and allocations. Provide analysis to determine present and future performance.
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and systems.
- Technical Skills: Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, Oracle, Salesforce
- Scope
- Individual contributor that is fully proficient in applying subject matter knowledge. Knowledge based acquired from several years of experience in particular area. Work independently and may instruct, or coach other professionals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
- Management Experience: N/A
- Travel: May travel and participate in meetings and conferences throughout the Red Cross system.
- *Combination of candidate’s education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description’s minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted).
