PPC Specialist Google/Meta

• Launch and manage Performance oriented ad campaigns on Facebook,Instagram, Twitter, and Google to promote the initiatives and campaigns ofChildren of Heroes Charity Fund?
• Develop and implement PPC strategies tailored to different platforms tomaximize conversion metrics?
• Set technical tasks for the designers and copywriters in order to optimize adcampaigns.?
• Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and performance metrics to ensure efficientallocation of resources?
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metricssuch as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.?
• Analyze donor data and campaign results to identify trends, insights, andareas for optimization.?
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, includingadjusting targeting, ad creative, and bidding strategies.?
• Collaborate with the marketing and fundraising teams to align PPC efforts withoverall business objectives and strategies.

• Minimum 2 years of experience on this or a similar role
• Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms,including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google Ads
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques? Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta BusinessManager?
• Ability to set up conversions and tracking
• Excellent understanding of PPC best practices, including campaign setup,optimization, tracking and recent trends
• Ability to generate actionable insights from data to drive campaignimprovements
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a teamenvironment
• English upper intermediate
