We are looking for a Supervisor who will have the responsibility for overseeing key NYAS Helpline services.You will ensure a first-class response is provided to every contact made. Responsibilities will include evaluating team and individual performance, monitoring all helpline activity and being readily available to provide support to team members as well as assisting management with any helpline-based enquiries.For more information, please view the attached job description below.In your application, you will need to evidence, using specific examples, how your skills and experience meet the criteria laid out in the person specification, within the job description attached. Requirements include:
  • Proven experience of working as a call handler in a call centre, customer services or similar position.
  • Proficient in MS Office and database/software programmes.
  • Knowledge of general office practices and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and to a high standard both orally and in writing to a wide range of people.
  • Ability to remain calm, confident and professional.
