Now we just need you.Responsibilities:A real endeavour, shaped by youAs Project Scheduler, you'll work collaboratively within the Project Team with a high degree of autonomy to manage the Master Schedule and deliver business initiatives.To succeed in this endeavour, you will:
  • Participate in and lead scheduling workshops to help team leads and Project Managers develop schedules, including resourcing, levelling, work breakdown structures, and reports.
  • Maintain, develop, and update the scheduling framework, processes, and templates.
  • Dependency development and analysis; updating and reporting on schedule progress.
  • Identify scheduling issues and provide advice for remediation and resolution options.
  • Collaborate with team leads and responsible parties to ensure data integrity.
  • Identify and implement planning and scheduling improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:A real endeavour, driven by youOur work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:
  • You must have and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
  • Relevant qualifications and professional development in relation to Project Management
  • Schedule management professional accreditation or qualification for Open Plan Professional
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the defence, government, or professional services industries.
  • A natural ability to build trusted relationships with team members, customers, and partners.
  • A strong track record in managing resources to ensure services are delivered for current and future demand.
  • Strong communication skills, and you'll also be an analytical thinker who loves solving complex problems.
