- New Build Commercial Office /Residential / Mixed-use experience would be advantageous.
- Understanding of a variety of project types/sizes/sectors.
- Good working knowledge & understanding of JCT suite of contracts, particularly the Professional Services
- Proven ability to advise clients and design teams on cost, value and risk, not just cost in isolation.
- Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of working as part of integrated, multi-organisation, collaborative teams
- A clear work history and proof of professional development and learning
- Ability to manage multiple projects for a variety of private sector clients.
- Prior line-management experience
- Degree Qualified - BSc or MSc - in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
- Professionally Qualified - ideally Chartered Quantity Surveying Status with the RICS, CIOB or other equivalent institutions
