- Implement personalised care plans designed, lesson plans to meet the unique needs of students with autism.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages independence and personal growth.
- Utilise effective communication strategies to build rapport and trust with students with autism.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including class teacher and staffs, to ensure holistic support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of students' progress and activities.
- Previous experience as an Autism Support Worker in school or similar role is preferred.
- Understanding of autism spectrum conditions and evidence-based support strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of students with autism.
