As a key liaison between stakeholders and development teams, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, defining product features, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
You will join a team in a new entity in Poland that is focusing on creating a new product from scratch.What We Do

  • Closely cooperate with the scrum development team and product team (including product owner, product manager, UI/UX designers)
  • Gather and analyse requirements
  • Define Product
  • Create, refine, and plan the user stories,
  • Perform tests
  • Monitor usage & adoption
What You May Need to be Successful
  • Previous experience working as a Business Analyst/ Product Analyst/ Junior Product Owner.
  • Technical support experience is also an asset.
  • Technical skills –ability to speak with and motivate development team with ideas and thoughts
  • Tools you are familiar with: PPT and road mapping tools - ADO, Figma, Miro and others .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel/ Power BI is an additional plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Basic understanding of software development processes
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
  • Previous experience within HR/ TA domain is welcomed.
