As a key liaison between stakeholders and development teams, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, defining product features, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
You will join a team in a new entity in Poland that is focusing on creating a new product from scratch.What We Do

- Closely cooperate with the scrum development team and product team (including product owner, product manager, UI/UX designers)
- Gather and analyse requirements
- Define Product
- Create, refine, and plan the user stories,
- Perform tests
- Monitor usage & adoption
- Previous experience working as a Business Analyst/ Product Analyst/ Junior Product Owner.
- Technical support experience is also an asset.
- Technical skills –ability to speak with and motivate development team with ideas and thoughts
- Tools you are familiar with: PPT and road mapping tools - ADO, Figma, Miro and others .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel/ Power BI is an additional plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Basic understanding of software development processes
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
- Previous experience within HR/ TA domain is welcomed.
