- You have 3+ years of professional experience and good understanding of the Java SE API and you can work with a high degree of autonomy in the Java-based ecosystem;
- Experience with NodeJS/Kotlin/Scala, or the willingness to learn if needed is an advantage;
- You have worked with Spring/Micronaut/Quarkus or already understand the principle of Dependency Injection;
- You can take on development tasks of small/medium/high complexity with limited support;
- You can follow standard coding practices, contribute to code review, and follow up on-post merge actions;
- You have previously worked with unit tests written in Junit or other Java testing frameworks, or you are familiar with them;
- You understand the importance of unit tests, code quality and security checks, and you integrate them into daily activities;
- You are familiar with build tools - Maven/Gradle;
- You have used a source control versioning mechanism - Git/SVN and you are comfortable working with it;
- You had some exposure to any public/private cloud providers (preferably AWS/GCP/Azure) and you are interested in learning more about how projects are run on cloud platforms;
- You are aware of modern virtualization solutions such as Docker, Kubernetes etc.;
- You know the difference between SQL and NoSQL databases, and you are comfortable working with either of them.
