A Day in the LifeResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Drive business requirements elicitation, solution option selection, User acceptance testing and other project affiliated activities in Post Market Quality process area.
- Engage with end users, and vendor as necessary to lead timely resolution of issues in the complaint handling system -including, but not limited to Smartsolve, or other integrated applications.
- Work with technical and testing team to perform warm hand off, test data creation, test scenario identification, end user training.
- Own and provide support for informal and formal testing activities such as FUT, SIT and UAT as necessary.
- Generate necessary MSCM documents in Agile MAP, Polarion and own the release activities.
- Collaborate with enterprise counterparts for various projects
- Perform a dual role of project Co-Ordinator and Business Analyst based on project needs.
- Consult with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate current business processes and identify complex business problems and needs turning those needs into system requirements.
- Configure system settings and options, ensure that the solution meets business needs.
- Requires 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree or 12+ years of experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Medtronic experience
- Knowledge of CFR Part 11 and 820 requirements, MSCM Methodology.
- Exposure to Enterprise Quality Management systems eQMS.
- Hands on experience with Agile PLM, Microfocus ALM, Polarion etc.
- Familiarity with SAP CRM, ECC, and cloud-based applications.
- Experience in Medical Device, Life sciences or other regulated Industry.
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexibility to handle diverse tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently to achieve goals and objectives.
